Archway is 5-10 mins walk, Holloway Road is 8mins by bus and Highbury Islington is 10-15mins by bus. There is on street parking outside the house.
The flat is the upper ground floor of a period conversion with modern interior that boasts wooden floors, a large, open plan kitchen and dining / living room and bright rooms with high ceilings. The tenant would have their own generous wet room and shared use of the common areas.
